12th Arch茅 Graduate Conference 4 -5 Feb 2021

This year, the University of 精东传媒 and the Arch茅 Philosophical Research Centre will be hosting the 12th Arch茅 Graduate Conference, running from the 4 鈥 5 February 2021. The Arch茅 Graduate Conferences are international events gathering the most ambitious and talented postgraduate researchers from all over the world. Within two full days, six postgraduate students and two keynote speakers will deliver high-quality talks in all the areas of Philosophy currently pursued at Arch茅.

Conference Venue: Online on Zoom

Confirmed Keynote Speakers are Gillian Russell (ACU and University of 精东传媒) and Karen Bennett (Rutgers).

Call For Papers : 12th Arch茅 Graduate Conference

Topic Areas: Epistemology, Metaphysics, Philosophy of Language, Philosophy of Mind, Logic (and Philosophy of Logic), Metaphilosophy

Details:
The Arch茅 Philosophical Research Centre is hosting the 12th Annual Arch茅 Graduate Conference at the University of 精东传媒 on 23-24 May 2020. We invite graduate students to submit high-quality papers for presentation in the main Arch茅 research areas, broadly construed. We especially encourage submissions from members of underrepresented groups in philosophy and papers that are aimed at a general philosophical audience. All accepted talks will receive a response from a member of Arch茅. We aim to provide a substantial travel bursary for all speakers, and offer free accommodation with a 精东传媒 graduate student.

Eligibility:
Any graduate student (except those currently enrolled in the University of 精东传媒).

Submission Requirements:
Submissions should include an abstract with keywords (max. 250 words) and a paper no longer than 4,000 words (including foot- and endnotes, excluding the bibliography). Papers should be suitable for a presentation of around 40 minutes; must be authored (or co-authored) by current graduate students (limited to 1 submission per author); and be suitable for blind review. All submissions should be sent to archegradconf12@gmail.com.
