Bus Drivers - Drive with Us!
Salary: $19.46 Hourly
Work Schedule: Full Time - 9 MONTHSQualifications:
- Must be able to pass the NC school bus driver written and road test
- Must have a valid driver's license for at least six (6) months
- Must be 18 years of age
- Good driving record
- Good work references
- Have dependable transportation to and from work
- Ability and willingness to work with students and adults
- Professional and positive work attitude
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job
The DMV requires all bus driver applicants to obtain a Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) before training behind the wheel.

Nutrition Department - Join Us!
School Nutrition provides healthy meals to more than 140,000 students and staff members in over 180 schools each day. Each day 40,000 breakfasts and 94,000 lunches are served to children. This totals more than 24 million meals in a year. In addition, snacks are prepared for all After School Enrichment Programs. Catering for school-related functions and special events is also provided.
Career Opportunities
Cafeteria Workers are hired continuously through Jennifer Temps Staffing Agency and Kelly Educational Staffing. These positions are part-time and temp to hire. Foodservice experience is generally helpful, but training is provided. You will prepare, cook, and serve breakfast and lunch to ¾«¶«´«Ã½ students in this role. Individuals with experience in foodservice management are highly encouraged to apply with ¾«¶«´«Ã½ for the Cafeteria Management Trainee program. Based on your level of education, a minimum of two years of experience in foodservice management (General Manager, Shift Manager, or Assistant Manager) is required.
As a Cafeteria Management Trainee, you will perform various tasks designed to teach experienced food service managers rules and regulations, record keeping, and menu management for the ¾«¶«´«Ã½ Child Nutrition program. Persons in this position will be given short-term assignments to provide practical experience in applying the procedures learned during the training program. After School Enrichment Program - We Welcome You!
The ¾«¶«´«Ã½ After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) works collaboratively with the principal, classroom teachers, and support staff to integrate ASEP into the plans and goals of each school and other ¾«¶«´«Ã½ departments.
Site coordinators are available to work with school staff to meet students' individual needs. ASEP supports academic goals through tutorials, curriculum and programming. In addition, it provides time for students to work in small groups on homework assignments and monitor and provide assistance on homework assignments.
